Welcome to our beachfront home with a private beach. Punta Marana began as a residential village in the early 1970s, thanks to a group of entrepreneurs from Lombardy who, inspired by Prince Aga Khan’s initiatives on the nearby Costa Smeralda, decided to invest in an area of Sardinia immediately adjacent to the Costa Smeralda. One of the key figures in this entrepreneurial venture set aside one of the largest and most beautiful homes in the development for his family—and that is precisely the home that is currently hosting you.
Spacious and elegant, it was furnished according to my mother Simonetta Benelli’s taste with the guidance of a Florentine architect who oversaw the bathroom renovations in the early 2000s
The property is nestled in the greenery of Punta Marana and, specifically, sits on land owned by Macchia Verde, a project launched in the mid-2000s with the aim of preserving Punta Marana as it was when it was first established.
