Sauberkeit der Wohnung und Qualität der Inneneinrichtung.
Irreführende Anzeige und Fotos. Von „Bergblick“ kann keine Rede sein – stattdessen eine große Baustelle mit einem etwa 30 Meter hohen Baukran. Der Neubaukomplex mit drei Wohnetagen versperrt die Aussicht. Die Wohnung liegt zudem an einer stark befahrenen Durchgangsstraße mit tausenden Fahrzeugen pro Tag, was zu erheblicher Lärmbelästigung führt. Die Terrasse (Balkon) ist aufgrund der Bauarbeiten und des Lärms nicht nutzbar, Fenster können ebenfalls nicht geöffnet werden. Der Vermieter reagiert nicht. Kurz gesagt: keine Ruhe, keine frische Bergluft und ein äußerst unangenehmer Ausblick. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt nicht. Wir zahlten 180 € pro Tag – angemessen wären maximal 100 €.
