Very relaxing which was the purpose of the holiday

Very low beds. Back gate had no catch on it so not secure for the dog and lots of weeds at rear needed clearing

Large open plan lounge and kitchen. Modern bathroom. Good facilities. Parking off road. Short drive to Rosneiger.

Property has potential but lack of care and poor communication spoiled our week.

Sunny private terrace to enjoy the evening sunshine.

Busy road with continuous stream of noisy traffic. Dishwasher flooded kitchen. Reported on first day but not fixed all week. Worn out saucepans; bed linen with broken fastenings. Unusable baking trays were replaced after sending photograph during our stay. Lack of certain essential items such as oven gloves. No curtains downstairs; a complaint levelled by other reviewers. The guest information folder welcomed us to a town ten miles away and all recommended restaurants were in that town. No local recommendations. The property is run by a company and the lack of personal touch shows throughout.

Contemporary design inside, really nice and comfortable. Well thought out design.

Not much kerb appeal. Front and back including windows needed cleaning.and tidying up. Needs new pans. Problem with bath plug mechanism. No blinds or curtains at front or back. Definitely needs something at the front; no privacy.

Great for large Families

Great layout for families. Location was spot for us a 21 minute walk to the beach, with lovely walks around t he meant lake. The accommodation was clean and fresh on arrival, all the usual luxuries needed. Beds were comfortable and some great surprises for the kids under the stairs. Bathroom and en suite were spot on, water pressure and warmth were great.

Although there is parking available outside the house and some available 75 yds away the parking outside was shared with other properties, but this did not effect us during our break.

Modern, well-equipped and spacious home in a spot-on location

A brilliant holiday home. Modern, spacious and well-equipped with everything you need. The house looks small from the outside but opens right up into an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The large porch is great to keep shoes, coats and beach stuff and the outside deck is perfect in the afternoon sun. The kitchen is really well-equipped with everything you need and the full-size fridge/freezer worked well for two families of 3. The small drinks fridge is really handy too. The decor throughout is modern and tasteful. The double bedrooms are a decent size and have good storage, there are some coat-hangers but bring a few more if you have a lot of clothes with you. The bunk bed room worked well for two little ones and again, good storage. The family bathroom was lovely, huge shower and a decent sized bath. The location is really good too, there is a Spar shop within 5mins walk and you can easily walk down to the lovely Oyster Catcher cafe or into Rhosneigr. You need to drive if you are taking a lot of things to the beach but parking wasn't a problem. The beaches are sandy and really family friendly with long shallow bays., great for stand-up paddle boarding. We did the 5km loop run from the house into Rhosneigr and around which helped offset the holiday excesses! Rhosneigr is a nice little place with a lovely beach cafe and a lovely beach. We also did several day trips to Newborough Forest beach, Foel Farm Park, Angelsey Sea Zoo and Llanberis, all easily reachable from Rhosneigr. This place is a real jewel and we would definitely go bak.

There isn't much not to like about this property. A couple of minor observations, the sun gets quite bright in the afternoon so some kind of sun-shade or blinds to provide shade into the dining area would be helpful. Also, toilet brushes are needed in the bathrooms!
