Pickleball courts are also nearby, so grab your paddles and have a friendly game together. This condo has a well-equipped kitchen for those nights you decide to stay in, versus partaking in one of the many nearby local dining establishments. This condo features a king bed in the primary bedroom along with a walk in shower with hand rails, a queen in a guest bedroom, as well as two twins in the third bedroom. This condo also boasts a washer/dryer and TVs with DVD players in each room. While staying you will also have access to all that Island Echos has to offer and this will soon become your home away from home.

Things to Know
Complimentary beach service of one umbrella and two chairs is offered from March 1 through October 31. Paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
