This condo affords an excellent view and the price was reasonable. The condo was very clean and tastefully decorated but older.

The entire property is in need of an upgrade and renovation. I suppose that’s reflected in the price. The people/staff were all extra friendly. Being on the water is a huge plus It’s clean and safe but don’t expect the Ritz.

My only complaint is that Vacasa is the manager. They are great, responsive, and on site. But, there are no scatter rugs, I suppose it costs more to wash them. But, I like a rug in front of my bathroom sink and at least a welcome mat inside the door if not both side ands out.

Easy check in and check out. The unit cleanliness certainly did not justify the fee. Patio door was hard to open and shut,the track was in terrible condition and dirty. The door didnt have a handle, just about a half inch deep finger pull..so it was a nail buster! Closet door would not slide shut shut once you opened it. I realize it is a studio unit but we have stayed in hotel suites that where more spacious.
