Pelican Isle 418 is a fourth-floor corner unit, boasting unparalleled Gulf-front views of the crystal-clear waters.Enjoy the surrounding scenery with large glass windows throughout the unit, leading to the three private balconies. This unit is beautifully-tiled from the entrance, down the hallway and throughout the kitchen, dining area, and living room, along with both bathrooms. The primary bedroom is located next to the entrance of the condo, includes its own private balcony access and leads into the large primary bath. Down the hall, you will find the guest bedroom on your right. There is an additional full bath, accessible from both the guest bedroom and the hallway. Past the hallway, you will find the fully-equipped kitchen, leading to the dining area and living room. There is additional access to the balconies from both sides of the living room. Enjoy endless entertainment with a television and DVD player in each room of the condo, along with DVD rentals throughout your stay. There is also a washer and dryer combination in the unit for added convenience.

The home was lovely and so easy to access the beach. It was ideal for our family members with disabilities to get to the beach and pool. The home was very clean and quiet. Location was ideal. If you are a thin pillow sleeper, bring your own pillow. These were fluffy and full. We will stay here again!

Perfect stay.The Condo was beautiful, spotless clean with absolutely amazing views of the beautiful Emerald Coast beach and water. Perfect location and has everything you need. We loved it!

We loved the view and hot tub . Pool could have been warmer . But outside that it was a great vacation and wonderful condo.
