Perfect. We will be back.

Modern, well equipped, lovely location. Very clean with everything you could want provided. Comfortable bed with good quality bedding. Excellent showers and a big bath. Even a welcome bottle of Prosecco. Mark is terrific landlord/host.

Delightful

The Cottage was cosy, tidy & located conveniently. Everything that could be needed in the property was available to make your stay comfortable. We had a small MS dog with us who was made to feel comfortable. The Breakfast a The Seafood Restaurant was superb as an add on with this cottage stay. Mark really went out of his way to make our stay a good one.

The only drawback for me, and not to be picky because on the whole our stay was delightful, but I have always had issues with hotels etc and the bedding they use. Percale/Sateen sheets I try and keep away from has being a light sleeper most of the time, these sheets makes 'rustling' sounds every time there is movement in the bed. It may sound abit picky, but I think that was the issue for me, and I didn't get a good nights sleep.

Mark was a most excellent host who went above and beyond to help our stay be the success it was despite the weather.

Great property, finished to a high spec, in a great central Padstow location with an amazing host.

The host was outstanding. He constantly went out of his way to make our stay comfortable, enjoyable and hassle free. He even managed to book us a table for dinner at two different Rick Stein restaurants even though they were fully booked!

Excellent, cannot wait to return. We loved every minute of it.

Mark was a fantastic host, it was by far the best place we had stayed in Padstow (we are regular visitors). The bed was so comfortable and the shower and toiletries again were outstanding.

No faults apart from a hook for our wet coats would have been helpful (it was a wet weekend)!

Location , comfort, and attention to details. Very well equipped cottage. Welcome bottle of Prosecco, tea/coffee/milk, everything you needed for a short stay. Great host. Breakfast was fab at Steins every day. Cld walk to everything, and my dogs loved it too.

Wonderful cottage with an excellent host

Great location with lovely estuary views beautifully furnished and well- equipped cottage, spotlessly clean, lovely additional touches like chilled prosseco on arrival, waffle bath robes and locally produced bath/shower products. Breakfast in The Seafood Restaurant was a real bonus.

If I had to mention anything, it would be that there was no designated parking, though Mark (host) had saved a spot for us when we arrived, and you can load and unload your car on the double yellow lines outside the cottage easily enough, so it’s really not a problem.

Beautiful property with the perfect combination of being modern and rustic. Amazing location literally a stones throw from the town centre. Mark was a great host, very friendly and accommodating to us and our dog. Highly recommend and will certainly be back.

A thoroughly enjoyable stay - Highly Recommend.

Padstow Cottage was lovely, it was extremely clean, tidy and cosy. Mark ensured it was ready for us when we got to Padstow (before check in) and we were welcomed with a bottle of prosecco on arrival. Mark was also available with recommendations for dinner and managed to get us into one of Padstow's nicest restaurants at very late notice - a great host! The location of Padstow Cottage is also perfect for a wonderful, easy stay. Guests have access to a gorgeous garden when staying in the cottage which was great to relax in after a day in the town. Breakfast at the seafood restaurant was wonderful and a great touch. Highly recommend.

The cottage was conveniently place, very modern facilities within a beautiful old cottage attached to the larger Coswarth House - somewhere you were very happy to chill for awhile after being in the hectic fishing town or on the beach with the dogs - had use of the communal garden and could spend a pleasant afternoon on the sun lounger with a cuppa and a book - can’t fault Mark the host who was very attentive

A little noisy first thing in the morning but it was just Padstow waking up!

Location was excellent ,short walk down the hill and you're in the harbour. Accommodation was spotless and host was very helpful.

Would be nice if check in was earlier, but can understand this may be restricted by covid rules.
