The property is fairly good. It has a nice location and very close to public transport, with some famous restaurants and attractions nearby. The apartment is clean and the street is quiet during night.
The only disappointing thing is that the staff gave us a totally wrong check-in instruction. The company seems to have multiple locations for their airbnb/apartments. In the instruction, they guided us to a place with a 10-min driving distance away from the correct address, which is already occupied by another French couple. We spent almost 1-hour figuring out what happened and they DID NOT respond to booking messages and DID NOT answer our calls. Instead they had a whatsapp account for customer service. The French couple was very nice and helped us to contact the owner. Finally we got the correct instruction and took an uber to the correct address. It was good that the owner provided us with a reimbursement for the uber.
