I like here the location, for us it was what we expected, not so close to the center, but in walk distance., quiet area. Also the garage that we used is good. The apartment overall is good: the kitchen has all the appliances and necessary little things such as sugar, salt, coffee
1. The balcony looked very bad when arrived, dirt, dust, there was an ashtray with several cigarette butts on the table. 2. The apartment has a bath in the bathroom, but without a plug. When I asked the owner how to wash, he recommended using a shower, but the bathroom is not equipped with a curtain or shower holder. 3. The condition of the linen and towels is bad.

Apartment is large, quiet and very comfortable. We loved well equipped kitchen and big table, where we could eat and work. A great advantage is a parking space in the underground garage and an elevator. Trams to the city center, big supermarket are just around the corner.
We disliked the latch door. You have to remember to have the key always with you
