About this house rental
Single storey house renovated in 2019, bright with garden and view of the Pyrenees. It is situated in Oust, in Ariège, in the Couserans, in the hamlet of Roquemaurel close to shops and amenities. In the heart of the regional natural park of the Ariège Pyrenees, many leisure activities are possible and starting points for hikes nearby (Cascade d'Ars, Cirque de Cagateille, Mont Valier, many mountain lakes ...). Family ski resort Guzet-neige 30 minutes away.
The rental consists of a living / dining room with large bay windows (double glazing), a separate kitchen, renovated and fully equipped, 3 bedrooms, a shower room with shower and a separate toilet.
A large fenced and shaded garden with terrace and garden furniture allows you to eat outside and enjoy the sun. Adjoining, a closed room allows you to store your bikes, mountain bikes, skis, hiking and fishing equipment, your trailer or storage box ... in complete safety.
Household linen is provided (tea towel, hand towel, mop, bath mat).
Baby kit on request (cot, high chair, changing mattress, bathtub, potty).
Additional services in option :
Household linen (Sheets) : 12€/bed
Bath towel: 5€/pers
In this particular period of pandemic, to limit the risks, the house will only be available for rent every other week.
The rental contract, to be returned to us signed, will be sent to you as soon as your reservation is confirmed. A deposit by cheque will be requested on the day of your arrival.

Very nice house, recently modernised. All the kit is new and works great- the kitchen is very well equipped. We were very comfortable staying here.
The host is super friendly and helpful.
Location is excellent. Nice neighbourhood, with good local shops and eateries a short walk away.
As cyclists, we benefitted from the spacious garage for our bikes, and the location itself enables a lot of great rides straight from the door.
Definitely one to go back to.....

Très bon emplacement pour départs de randonnées et ballades. Un grand jardin, beaucoup d’équipements de bébés, de cuisine, des jeux, etc, un état impeccable, nous recommandons chaudement.

La maison est très agréable, d'un confort optimal, parfaitement équipée (cuisine, salle de bains, jeux, livres pour enfants...), toujours fraîche même par temps chaud et à proximité des principaux commerces (superette, boulangerie, boucherie). C'est une base parfaite pour randonner dans les environs. Le seul bémol concerne l'environnement immédiat (lotissement daté et route proche - mais pas visible), vite oubliés dès qu'on entre à l'intérieur. Un grand merci pour votre accueil.
