Welcome to our vacation home “Klein Geluk” (Little Happiness) in Egmond, North Holland. Here, in an oasis of peace and comfort, you can enjoy little moments of joy together…
After a long day at the beach, you can relax on the private terrace, by the fireplace, or in the sauna. A bakery, butcher, fishmonger, and supermarket with extended hours are all within walking distance. You can walk or bike directly into the protected North Holland dune reserve, so you’ll be at the beach within 5 minutes. Egmond boasts a beach that stretches no less than 8 kilometers.
The surrounding nature offers a beautiful and varied landscape: a dune reserve, the beach, fields of bulb flowers, and waterways dotted with windmills. You’re also close to the picturesque artists’ village of Bergen and the beautiful city of Alkmaar. There, you can go shopping or visit one of the many dining establishments. Our vacation home in this small dune park was built with high-quality materials and has been lovingly crafted down to the smallest detail. It is modern and comfortably furnished and is fully equipped for 6 people.
The park features a spacious parking lot to preserve the overall ambiance of your stay among the dunes. In addition to the authentic windmill, there is a children’s playground with play equipment and a grassy area for games and sports.

The house was overall very nice and had everything you need to accommodate 4 adults and a baby.Communication with Fewo and the owner went smoothly. All in all, there is not one thing that was really negative for me. I can recommend a holiday in the house.

The property is clean, modern and comfortable. The living area is light and airy with a cosy ambiance. There are useful features including a well equipped kitchen, laundry facilities and a second toilet downstairs.
Location is very good. The seaside town of Egmond Aan Zee is only 20mins walk and has some nice restaurants. There is a supermaket only 5mins walk away. It is a good location to explore the North Holland region.
The hosts are friendly and quickly answered our questions.

Das schöne und gut ausgestattete Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen und mit dem Auto sehr gut zu erreichen. Trotz der Lage innerhalb einer Ferienhaussiedlung fühlte man sich zu keiner Zeit bedrängt und hatte immer genug Privatsphäre. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar und mit dem Fahrrad ist man innerhalb kürzester Zeit am Meer oder in einer anderen Stadt. Wir haben das Auto nie gebraucht und konnten es auf dem hauseigenen Parkplatz abgestellt lassen. In der Umgebung kann man tolle Radtouren machen und es gibt sehr viel zu entdecken. Sowohl das Haus als auch die Umgebung eignen sich auch bestens für den Urlaub mit Kleinkindern. Die Vermieter sind sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Alles in allem war das ein sehr schöner Urlaub und wir haben uns richtig gut erholt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dorthin fahren.

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist modern eingerichtet und es war alles sehr sauber. Die Küche ist reichhaltig ausgestattet. Mit den drei Schlafzimmer hat man sehr viel Platz und es ist für eine Familie perfekt. Die Sauna reicht nur für 1 Person. Die Terrasse ist nach hinten ausgerichtet. Auf der Terrasse kann man sich sonnen oder Abendessen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort hin fahren.
