THE RESIDENCE RONA EREA IČIĆIis located in the picturesque village Ičići, 150 m from the pebble beach and 5 km from Opatija.
The facilities of the building include: air-conditioned common space with satellite TV, central heating, barbecue with table and banks for 10 people, a well maintained garden and private parking space for each of the apartments. The facility has in total 6 apartments which have all been completely renovated a couple of years ago.
Studio apartment host 2 people on the queen sized bed, one more on the pull out couch in the living-dining room.
Features of the apartments: air-conditioning, new and modern furniture,satellite-TV, kitchen with dishes,microwave oven,dishwasher,refrigerator with freezer,CD-radio set, filter coffee machine, balcony with sitting set.

Ičići is the first little charming town before Opatija, which is connected to Opatija by a beautiful promenade "Lungo Mare". Take a 30 minute stroll towards Opatija, a charming coastal town with a rich history and culture, has many fantastic locations, impressive monuments, well-manicured parks and magnificent villas that are waiting to be discovered. Enjoy discovering the enchanting town of Opatija with its churches, villas and well-tended parks. Visit the Croatian Walk of Fame and the small harbour known locally as Portić, and take a picture with the famous statue of the Girl with the Seagull.
Should you go on the other side oft he promenade, you will end up in an amiable little town Lovran, which offers small beaches, various summer festivities and it is a gateway to surrounding medieval towns and Učka mountain.

Great apartman with marvelous view at excellent location. We spent 3 days there and could make lovely walks to both directions on the coast. The playground and the shop is within 10 minutes walk.
The apartman is well equipped, cozy and good value. The double bed is huge and comfortable.
