One of the owners assaulted my family and they both lied to the police.

PLEASE READ. Our experience at TAKO apartments was shockingly poor. The owners are a disgrace to hospitality, with one of them being a violent criminal. We invited family members to the apartment we rented for a quick breakfast before heading out for the day for our holiday. The apartment was reasonably spacious with multiple seats for what we thought could be guests. Upon arrival, my family was met with aggression and shouting from the owners, demanding documentation (which I have never had to do as a guest at a hotel or apartment) up to and leading to an ASSAULT on one of my family, shoving her violently by the neck. The police were contacted over this and the owners then lied to the police about what happened to save their own skin. After this incident they then let themselves into our rented apartment without our permission, a complete violation of privacy and completely illegal, to complain about my family, even having the audacity to complain that they would have been stealing their water and electricity. Genuinely shocking. I have asked for a refund, they have rejected it, continuing to lie about the incident saying they were not in the wrong.

Very nice and friendly hosts, calm and safe neighbourhood, very clean and cosy aparataments, there is a parking space for a car in the yard, you can bring your bicycle, there is a storage in the cellar.

Only missing thing in the apartament was AC (air conditioning). But i didn't needed it anyways.

Great location near to the University. RIMI store is 2 minutes by car, 5 by walk. Very silent part of the city. Apartments are new, well equipped and spacious. It's very convenient to get to the center by bike.
