Location, atmosphere and floorplan
Cleanliness, living room cushions are worn out and uncomfortable. Both tubs were dirty. Furniture was dusty. Baseboards were nasty. No dish rags. In reading rental agreement we were not aware of the fifty dollar fee to register vehicle. We have stayed at Sterling reef for approximately 25 years and have never had to pay a vehicle fee. that should be included in total price

The beach front location was nice. The pools are nice and the underground parking was very convenient. No issues with the elevators.
The condo needs new furniture and area rug. The painting was a bit best up. The toilet paper holder was damaged in the master bath and the microwave didn't heat up anything. Sense like the owners have forgotten about the unit. Definitely not worth anymore than $1500 a week. I feel like I paid extremely too much. Went home not very happy with the value.
