In the end very relaxing and nice stay by get the best of the Spa and the Restaurant

The Spa next to the hotel and the Restaurant was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast

The hotel rooms are a bit out of time. To much noise between rooms. We got a room next to the cleaning storage and woke up by very loud cleaners. We checked in very late and of course tired (around midnight). But the front desk staff managed to change our room for the rest of the stay.

Let down to be honest :( All I remember is that it was cold and I had hard time taking a shower :(

Location was nice and the hotel presents itself nicely (I think there was a recent renovation on the outside). It is a little hidden, so do not be alarmed :) The bed was really comfy as well, with a big size water bottle provided. Also the balcony view (at least from our room) was very nice :)

There was mold/fungus around shower and in the toilet :( We were traveling near end of May, but during night the temperature dropped to ~5C and the heating was not working... It was really cold... The shower drainage was blocked, you had to stop taking a bath few times, just so the water would not overflow :/

Location is perfect, guarantees a perfect getaway not so far from Gdańsk, it is almost in the middle of a forest, by the river, with beautiful views and walking paths. The venue itself, together with the outdoor area and the restaurant are very well maintained and looked after, staff are very friendly, breakfast is really tasty and gives really good choice. There is a bottle of fresh filters water in the room, refillable in reception anytime you like.

The decor is a bit “old school” so if you are demanding it might not be for you. Missed some basics like a kettle and choice of tea/ coffee in the room.

great stay in beautiful surroundings not far from the city

is’s a nice hotel with beautiful surroundings not far from the city. It offers calm and quiet stay. beautiful garden, you can go for a walk. Good room isolation - there was a party in restaurant area and with closed window it was not disturbing. you need a car to stay there. I would stay again.

Great place to stay and relax

Beautiful place, nice staff, spacious bedroom and delicious breakfast. The bathroom plays music depending on the kifhrs you choose, which ia something I had never seen before. There's 24h front desk in case you arrive late

Location isn't exactly the best if you dont have a car. The closest place for public transportation is Pruscz Gdanski, which isn't too far away but you'll nees an uber to get there. Good thing the ubers aren't very expensive. Apart from that most of the staff doesn't speak English but communication was fine for the basic things

Superb

Despite minus temperatures, room was warm & cosy. I am a business traveler with a dog. Perfect for walks & staff couldnt do more for us. Hotel sits next to river & reservoir with comfortable walks all around. The staff were excellent & not short staffed unlike many hotels I visit. Credit to the hotel for keeping high numbers of staffing, this is the difference between a good stay & an excellent stay. Bfast buffet more than enough & restuarant with local dishes worth a visit in the cosy hunting lodge on the grounds. You cant go wrong here, this is our 3rd or 4th visit.

Nice stay

Nice hotel, I would recomend for others to stay there. Kid friendly, +elevator. We came by car so location was ok, we got parking place for car. Good brakfast - eggs, sausagges, bread, greens, fruits, sweets, cereals.. as usual in hotels. There is restaurant if you need, price is ok.

We found some trash in drawer from other guests - not cool. We had extra bed for child that would need better mattress.

Very outdated.

Probably, the one thing, what we can say we liked-it is outside all city rush and highway noice, it is directly in the forest.

WellI, don't know where to start. There is so many things what has to be changed or improved. First of all this place and rooms badly needs update. Looks and feels, like from the 1980 when it was built not a sigle change or repair was made! Carpet is so old, stainy, and worn you dont want to take your shoes off! TV is the old tube TV yes yes the tube TV when your grandma had years ago!!! Which I had to figure out how to plug cables and cords and program TV converter for only few focal channels! Good thing I know few things regarding electrinics, so after playing, plugging and clicking two remote controlls I had few local channels to watch. No A/C and can not open and air out stuffy, smelly air, since it is on the ground level and anyone can just walk in to your room! It was terribe since outside temperatures.was holding +40'C. No hair dryer! Oh yes, and if you planning on late evening check in, you better freshen up on your Polish language, sinnce there will be no English.speaking.person.

Disappointed

The localization was great, good breakfast, very good restaurant next to the hotel.

In my opinion the hotel’s rooms need renovation. My room smelled and I think it was because of old carpets on the floors, curtains and wallpaper. In my opinion, also mattresses need to be changed. There was boiling hot in the room during my stay. I knew there was no air conditioning but I didn’t expect that hot temperature even when outside was about 17 degrees in the evening. After some days I asked 3 times before someone finally came to throw out trash and give me more toilet paper.

location, secure, relaxed for business or leisure. 20mins from Gdansk centre.

The location was excellent, large secure car park off-road for travelers. Rooms clean airy, large double bed. We had our dog with us, location was perfect, 20mins from Gdansk, 2 mins from the reservoir or woods for walking the dog and watching the sun drop over the reservoir. COVID rules were applied well, common sense, food in the lodge was excellent. We would and will stay again.

functional, safe, calm, freidnly, semi-rural hotel

the locartion was excellent, quiet, partial countryside and nice walk routes directly outside of hotel along the river and reservoir. It lies next to a small, cute hydro-electric power facility here the alrge reservoir but still quite and countyside. Staff very young, helpful and realxed atmosphere. Speak english well. Safe parking off-road and within a large gated compound for the traveller.

Rewelacyjny hotel. Strefa relaksu , sauny , tężnie , jacuzzi, kącik dla dzieci , dużo powierzchni wspólnych do spędzania czasu poza pokojem. Latem widziałam że jest też zewnętrzny basen .Niestety tylko 1 noc i nie widziałam widoków poza, które też podobno zachwycały.

Spoko okolica, ale ściany z papieru

Poprosiliśmy o miejsce parkingowe ale ledwo znaleźliśmy miejsce dopiero po 15 minutach, bo jakaś pani zaparkowała jak by pierwszy raz za kółko wsiadła - ktoś musi kontrolować, jak ludzie parkują, zwłaszcza jak w hotelu odbywają się imprezy. Bardzo słychać sąsiadów , tak jak by ściany były z papieru. Pani „zza ściany „wróciła do pokoju późną nocą na obcasach, coś głośno gadała, rano wcześnie też się obudziła i znowu chodziła na obcasach, i wszystko było bardzo słychać (przez nią się obudziliśmy).

Ogólnie podobało nam się i zapewne jeszcze wrocimy.

Bardzo fajne, klimatyczne miejsce. Na terenie hotelu karczma z pysznym jedzeniem. Sauny Wanga na terenie hotelu są również bardzo fajne🙃.

W hotelu słabo działa ogrzewanie. Jadalnia jest chłodna. W pokojach w miarę ciepło. Nocowaliśmy w hotelu gdy na dworze było -21 stopni, co było odczuwalne w hotelu. Dla nas nie byl to problem bo chowalismy się w pokoju, ale personel obsługujacy recepcję i jadalnię miał ciężkie warunki do pracy.
