Staff we nice, but when ask for sparkling wine, made you feel very uncomfortable, we used the app, requesting an iron, never turned up. Breakfast was the same every day. Amas who work at lunch restaurant, was amazing, thank you very much.

We truly enjoyed our stay. We usually don't choose all inclusive option for our stay but this was definitely a good choice. The food was great, the staff friendly and polite, the surroundings were like a botanical garden. Our room was spacious and clean.

Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was very frustrating. Although marketed as all-inclusive, the room amenities were very basic. There were no proper toiletries such as conditioner — only minimal wall-mounted products, which was disappointing. Wi-Fi was also unreliable. It only worked in reception and dining areas, with little to no connection in the rooms, which was inconvenient travelling with children. We also had ongoing issues getting assistance. Requests made through the hotel app (including maintenance and basic items) were either delayed or not resolved. The worst experience was the shuttle bus service. We had pre-booked return seats from Medina, arrived on time, and found the bus already full. The driver had allowed other guests on and suggested a child sit on the floor, which was unacceptable and unsafe. Overall, poor organisation and service let the hotel down.

Overall Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ (1 Star) I am very disappointed with my stay at this hotel and the overall service experience. While there are some positives — such as good food, nice amenities, and generally comfortable (though basic) rooms — the negatives far outweigh them. Firstly, the hotel advertises itself as all-inclusive with toiletries included, however the bathroom amenities are extremely minimal. There is no conditioner and no proper toiletries beyond basic wall-mounted wash, which is misleading. Wi-Fi is also very poor. It only works reliably in reception and restaurant areas. In the rooms it is almost non-existent, which made it difficult to relax or keep my child entertained during downtime. Maintenance and service requests are another major issue. Guests are told to use the hotel app to request items (iron, towels, maintenance etc.), but requests are not fulfilled. The sofa bed in my room has been broken since check-in (11/02/2026) and despite reporting it, no one has fixed it. The most frustrating experience happened on 15/02/2026 with the hotel shuttle bus. We booked four seats in advance for the 17:20 return from Medina. When we arrived on time, the bus was already full because the driver had allowed unbooked guests onboard. Only one seat was left and my sister was told her child could sit on the floor, which was completely unacceptable and unsafe. Proper booking checks were clearly not followed. Overall, there are too many inaccuracies between what is advertised and what is actually provided, along with poor organisation and service follow-through. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not return or recommend this hotel.
