The Old Brewery Family Apartment - 3 Bedrooms & Parking - by Upstairs

Booking was well managed and communication was excellent. Lovely big appartment. Very clean. Plenty of towels, toilet rolls, toiletries, spare duvets. 2 balcony doors in main room which was appreciated with the summer heat. Close to centre Krakow and shopping centre. Plenty if kitchen equipment. Loved the balcony. Appreciated appartment block has lift so we didnt have to reach 3rd floor by stairs. Overall great appartment and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Not having key box for late check in. Person with key had to wait for 3 hours after our original arrival time as flight was delayed. She was lovely but we felt bad as she had this long wait. Large sofa cushions had big dips with being well used and when made into sofa bed was not comfortable. No seats on balcony to fully enjoy that outdoor space.

Super lokalizacja, blisko dworca PKP i starego miasta, przystanki tramwajowe w zasiegu wzroku. Duże mieszkanie, w fajnym nowoczesnym budynku. Idealne do pobytu 6 osób w celu zwiedzania miasta. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia.

Drobne niedociągnięcia wynikające ze zużycia mieszkania. Przydałby się mały remont na zasadzie naprawy uszkodzonych elementów typu rolety, futryny. Brak ekspresu do kawy (chociażby na kapsułki).

Obsługa apartamentu, jego lokalizacja, funkcjonalność pomieszczeń, winda, parking podziemny, dwie łazienki, wygodne łóżka, pachnąca pościel i ręczniki, wyposażenie kuchni-to wszystko nam się podobało. Spędziliśmy kilka nocy w lipcu, w 2 rodziny, łącznie 8 osób.

Okna dwóch sypialni wychodzą na ulicę, wzdłuż której jeżdżą b. głośne tramwaje. Mam mocny sen, ale hałas kończący się o 1 a zaczynający o 4 w nocy nie dawał wypocząć. Przy zamkniętych oknach było dużo lepiej, ale wysoka temperatura o tej porze roku wykluczała ich zamykanie na dłużej.

Easy access to the City Centre, with few minutes walk to the main shopping centre and city transport. The property had also a private parking space.

Unfortunately, as we settled in, we started to notice few unfavourable things about this apartment: mould in the bathroom, stains on the main sofa bed in the living room and on the ironing board, the office chair in one of the bedrooms was ripped and no oven gloves. Although the staff were informed and some improvements supposed to take place, we have not seen anyone coming to our assistance during our stay. Felt like the property was not properly assessed.
