Public river access across the road.
NOTE: Private river access requires walking steep downhill trail to shaded area. Travel at your own risk. Very secluded and worth the walk. Path posted No Trespassing....for our guests only.
IMPORTANT FOR FISHING: We recommend the TVA Lake Info app for your phone. You can check daily water release schedule from South Holston Dam (10 miles upriver). Water release will take approx 3 hours to arrive in area in front of rental house. Between water releases, the river can be waded for fishing. We recommend children are always accompanied by an adult when at the river.

Everything was great except the beds, very uncomfortable and hard to sleep on also the pillows very thin. I stay in a lot of properties and this seems to be a issue 9 out of 10 times, so this property is no differnt than most. The rest was very well done. Thank you

This home was beautiful! Very spacious and clean. The view of the mountains from the screen in porch was perfect! The owners are wonderful and we would and are planning another stay with them in the future.
