This semi-detached house with approximately 60m² is in close proximity to the sea. The modern semi-detached house welcomes you with 2 bedrooms on the upper floor, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. On the ground floor, there is a beautifully furnished living room with an integrated kitchen equipped with all comforts. Get cozy by the wood-burning stove. Additionally, for entertainment, there is a flat-screen TV with DVD-Blu-Ray player and a radio available. From the living room, you can access the terrace, which is equipped with garden furniture. Upstairs, there is a bathroom with toilet, hairdryer, underfloor heating, and bathtub. For warming moments, there is also an infrared heat cabin. A children's travel cot, a high chair, and a beach wagon are provided free of charge for our little guests. A coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available for you. There is one parking space at the house. No smoking, pets welcome.
