Our stylish, individually furnished private villa with pool and several terraces offers everything you need for an elegant dream holiday in Croatia: Our resort is only a few minutes' drive (10 min.) from the picturesque old town of Makarska, idyllic beaches (3 min.) and the impressive Biokovo coastal mountain range. The hillside property with fantastic views of the Makarska Riviera - the Croatian coastline par excellence - is equally at home for those seeking peace and quiet, families and participants in yoga retreats, seminars, coaching sessions and corporate events. Discover the perfect Mediterranean hideaway to relax, be inspired and recharge your batteries. This villa offers a heated outdoor pool and free Wi-Fi. You can enjoy a breathtaking 180 degree view of the town of Makarska, the islands of Hvar and Brac, and Split. Behind the villa is the Biokovo mountain range, which rises to an altitude of 1762 metres.
Outside you will find a private, heated pool, a covered terrace with a gas barbecue, a private herb garden, sun loungers and parasols.

Each bedroom has its own bathroom, the bedrooms are furnished with high-quality box-spring beds; the studio bedroom also has a bathroom with bathtub. Three bedrooms have balconies and/or terrace access with unique sea views. "Tradition meets modernity": Villa Romeo is a luxurious, TOP equipped villa, built in traditional style, which was only completed in 2018. Here you will find the beauty of Dalmatia with everything that goes with it. Each bedroom is equipped with a large double bed. In total there are 8 sleeping possibilities. The total living space of the villa is 218 square metres. On the ground floor you will find a spacious living room with an open-plan kitchen and a dining table for up to 8 people. There is also a small WC with washing machine and dryer on the ground floor. From the living room or the kitchen, you can easily access the covered terrace, which also has an impressive dining table. On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a wonderful sun terrace. On the 2nd floor/attic floor is the 4th bedroom with bathroom and private balcony.
Hvar is 49 km from the villa. Split airport is 63 km away.
