Trotz einer kleinen Baustelle vor Ort, war es doch überraschend leise. Die Gastgeberin war ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich war sehr zufrieden, und wenn sich einen nächste Urlaubsplanung ein der nähe ergibt, mache ich gerne wieder eine Anfrage.

Die Ferienwohnung war schön und Ratekau liegt zentral. Man kommt schnell nach Travemünde, Timmendorfer Strand, Lübeck und auch zu anderen Orten an der Ostsee. Die Ferienwohnung ist in einer Sackgasse, kein Durchgangsverkehr und ist dadurch ruhig gelegen.

Wir haben eine völlig eingerichtete kleine Wohnung vorgefunden. Für 2 Personen völlig ausreichend. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin ist unkompliziert und sehr zugewandt. Die Entfernungen zu den für uns interessanten Örtlichkeiten waren dank des naheliegenden Autobahnanschlusses sehr bequem zu erreichen. Ebenfalls die Entfernung zu Timmensdorf, einfach ideal. Als Gäste haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Schöne und helle Wohnung im ersten Stock, sauber und gut eingerichtet, wenn wir noch etwas brauchten wurde es uns hoch gebracht, ansonsten für zwei Personen genug Geschirr etc da. Auch Supermärkte und die Haltestelle waren gut zu erreichen.

Es gibt ein kleines und ein großes Appartement! Die Bilder Präsentation wurde leider zusammengefasst. Dadurch bekommt man schöne Bilder des großen Appartements mit Balkon, die für das kleine nicht gelten. Bitte aufpassen. Auch gibt es ein externes Bad im kleinen Appartement, worauf nicht hingewiesen wird. Vermieterin, die übrigens sehr nett und bemüht ist, möchte das demnächst durch einen Vorhang verändern. Noch ist das nicht geschehen. Bitte nachfragen. Im warmen Sommer würde ich die Unterkunft nicht empfehlen, weil sie unter dem Dachboden ist mit Schrägen und es sehr heiß werden kann. Wir hatten Glück. Die Küche ist wirklich nur für Kleinigkeiten geeignet. Sie ist sehr kreativ gestaltet, aber das Spülbecken ist zum Beispiel nicht wirklich erreichbar. Eine Spülschüssel ist sicherlich hilfreich. Ansonsten ist die Ausrüstung ausreichend.

Zwar etwas abseits der Ostsee, dafür in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße gelegen. Die Wohnung war hell, sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Küche war voll ausgestattet.

Die Ferienwohnung ist für 2 Personen vollkommen ausreichend,es war alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett. Das einzige was so ein bisschen gestört hat, war das das Bad außerhalb der Wohnung war ( was aber wohl bautechnische nicht anders zu lösen war).Dafür hätte man aber bei der netten Vermieterin aber auch Bademäntel ordern können. Ansonsten hat es mir sehr gut gefallen und ich komme gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung ist vollkommen ok für ein paar Tage Aufenthalt. In der Beschreibung wurde leider nicht deutlich, dass das Badezimmer außerhalb der Wohnung ist. Prinzipiell ist das nicht störend. Wenn allerdings die gegenüberliegende Wohnung belegt ist und sich Personen im Flur aufhalten, ist das etwas unangenehm. WLAN ist teilweise vorhanden, in der Küche ist der Empfang gut, im Schlafbereich ist kein Empfang. Die Küche ist recht klein, es ist aber alles notwendige vorhanden.

Die kleine FeWo bietet alles, was man braucht. Die Schränke im Schlafzimmer bieten viel Stauraum. Die Möblierung nutzt den Platz unterm Dach optimal. Die winzige Küche reicht zum Frühstücken und kalt essen. Im Backofen könnte man auch etwas warm machen. Das Bad liegt außerhalb der Wohnung, was aber nicht störend ist, wenn die größere Wohnung nicht belegt ist. Beide Wohnungen zusammen sind sicherlich optimal für eine größere Familie. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und vollkommen unkompliziert. Von Ratekau aus kommt man überall schnell hin. Im Ort selbst gibt es diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. In 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß beim Bäcker. Und im Café bei der alten Steinkirche gibt es super leckere Torten.
