New modern apartments in a great location

Beautiful apartments with everything you might need. There is dishwasher, coffeemaker (espresso machine using grinded coffee), milk foam maker, contact grill, utensils, plates, glasses, cups etc. Also the neighborhood is great with multiple options for grocery shopping and dining.

Some basic kitchen stuff like salt, pepper, oil could be provided.

Wonderful Stay in Kastelruth

The apartment was very clean and modern with excellent facilities (fully equipped). We stayed for a week at the apartment Daniel (ground floor) in mid of June. Nice view from the balcony, too. Close to grocery stores and bus station (there is a shortcut to the old town / bus station through the street next to the apartment). Karin was very responsive and helpful even though she was on holiday at that time. We could use the laundry facilities next to / behind the apartment building.

The apartment is located on the main street so some noise would be expected. There was also an agricultural smell, depending on wind direction.

Exceptional

Standard of the apartment was as described in the offer, photos reflect the real appearance of the apartment. Service and contact person (Karin) very helpful and responsive. The only thing I would improve is the kitchen equipment, there is lack of microwave or another stove and beer glasses, middle size coffee cups (ones present are rather espresso size), however those are really just small details. All in all, I do recommend this place and if I planned my next visit to Seiser Alm I would consider this apartment again.

Modern, clean, comfortable apartment at a great location in the Dolomites

Excellent, comfortable, modern apartment with all amenities at a superb location in Kastelruth. Great privacy , very clean, good support staff makes this an ideal place to stay for a visit to the Dolomites. Transport, supermarket, restaurants all available close by. Response from the owner is very prompt .

Beautiful property, great location and perfect landlady

The property is cosy, beautifully furnished and located just a very short walk from shops and restaurants. A convenient shuttle to the cable car to Alpe di Siusi regularly stops nearby.

Top Lage und sehr modern, kleine Schwächen

Sehr zentral gelegen und ein schöner Blick auf den Schlern (zumindest von unserer Wohnung). Auch sehr sauber und modern und stylisch.

Für 4 Personen ist die Wohnung nicht allzu groß, aber ausreichend. In der Küchenausstattung haben wir Backofen und Mikrowelle vermisst sowie einige Standarduntensilien wie zum Beispiel eine beschichtete Pfanne...

المكان مميز وفي قرية جميلة وقريبة من أورتساي والأثاث جديد وجميع ماترغب فيه متوفر في المطبخ من قدور وصحون وملاعق ولكن لاتوجد أي مواد غذائية أساسية مثل الملح والزيت والفلفل مقابل القيمة أعتقد أن السعر مبالغ قليلاً يحتاج إلى إعادة نظر ، تسجيل الدخول ذاتي من خلال رقم سري لم يتم إرساله لنا من قبل المضيف مما سبب في تأخرنا عند الدخول لإنتظار قدوم المضيف للإستقبال مع العلم تم إرسال وقت حضورنا للمضيف مسبقاً لتجنب مثل هذه المواقف المزعجة

انعدام الخصوصية وموقعه على الشارع مزعج في الليل عند النوم لابد من فتح الشباك للتهوية حيث لا يوجد تكييف أصوات السيارات والدبابات مزعجه وقريبه جداً الموقع على شارع عام وأيضاً سكنت في الشقة في الدور الأول حيث لا يوجد خصوصية من يمشي في الشارع يمكنه رؤيتك وأنت في السرير أو داخل دورة المياه من الشباك
