Spokojne miejsce, obok parku. Dobry widok z okien na panoramę Bytomia - IV piętro. Pokój czysty, podobnie jak i cały obiekt. Bardzo dobry kontakt telefoniczny, łatwy obiór kluczy. Niewątpliwy plus to miejsce parkingowe na wewnętrznym dziedzińcu. Dobre wyposażenie pokoju. Dla kogoś kto chciałby się żywic na miejscu kuchenka mikrofalowa byłaby dobrym dodatkiem, ale w pobliżu jest wystarczająco dużo miejsc z różnymi ofertami.

To miejsce oceniam bardzo wysoko. Czysty, przestronny, jasny pokój, łożko bardzo wygodne, dobrze wyposazony aneks kuchenny z lodówką, duży prysznic, duży telewizor, cisza, spokój (okna wychodziły na dziedziniec). W pobliżu sklepy (Żabka, Aldi), burgerownia i bardzo duży park (co było dla mnie ważne, bo miałem ze sobą psa). Parkowanie na dziedzicu za dodatkową opłatą 30 zł/dzień. Bardzo dobre warunki w rozsądnej cenie. Dobry kontakt z obsługą obiektu. Polecam!

Proste i bezproblemowe meldowanie, w miarę dobrze wyposażona kuchnia
Zapach na korytarzu , pościel używana w szafie, przez co smród w całej szafie , nie wiem czy Niema pluskiew bo pogryzło coś moją córkę na szyi w nocy, ugryzienia jedno obok drugiego czerwone, WiFi 4 mbps to żart nie dało się normalnie pracować.
