Sehr geräumig und ruhig. Hervorragend ausgestattete Küche und Zubehör. Im Sommer ist die Wohnung angenehm kühl und lässt sich komplett abdunkeln. Die Gegend ist sehr schön und es ist wirklich sehr ruhig. Parkplätze sind praktisch immer direkt vor dem Haus verfügbar.
Eine Tür zwischen der Küche und dem Schlafbereich wäre schön, statt nur eines nicht verschließbaren Durchgangs. Die Lampen an den Betten sind rein dekorativ und geben kein Licht bei dem man lesen kann. Durch die Kellerlage ist die Luftfeuchtigkeit in der Wohnung sehr hoch, darauf sollte man vorbereitet sein. Die echten Makel ließen sich recht leicht beheben (Lampen), der Rest sind nur Wünsche/Hinweise.

Sehr ruhige Lage und für den Sommer angenehm kühl durch die Kellerlage. Gut ausgestattete Küche und ausreichend Platz in den Wohnräumen. Die wenigen Mängel würden sich recht einfach beheben lassen und stehen in keinem Verhältnis zu den Vorzügen.
Das elektronische Schloss ist nicht besonders benutzerfreundlich und macht das öffnen der Haustür etwas nervig. Eine Tür zwischen Küche und Wohn/Schlafraum fehlt. Die Nachttischlampen sind zwar optisch nett, aber völlig ungeeignet zum lesen.

Die Unterkunft ist sauber und gut eingerichtet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Ich war sehr zufrieden.
An einigen Stellen ist eine Überholung nötig.

Tolle Lage
Leider war es eine Kellerwohnung mit sehr wenig Licht. Dazu kommt, dass das elektrische Licht mit nur sehr schwachen Energiesparlampen bestückt waren und teilweise defekt. Da würde ich empfehlen günstige LED - Leuchten einzubauen.
