Recently updated with brand new patio furniture, new flooring, and paint! The tastefully decorated living room allows for plenty of space to relax with friends and family and features a flat-screen TV that has an open concept with a fully equipped and updated kitchen and dining area. The kitchen features newer appliances with slow-to-close cabinet drawers, a coffee maker, a Keurig machine, and an expresso machine, also has a pantry with enough room to store everything you'll need to prepare your favorite seaside feast. Enjoy meals around the dining room table and additional seating for 4 around the kitchen counter.

Location was good. 10 minutes from almost anything. Condo was across the street from the beach. The beach was very pretty, had lifeguards and wasn't overly crowded. The property did have pools but they closed earlier than stated every night and the hot tubs were out of commission due to a gas leak. The maintenance man closing the pools was very, very rude.
Condo was spacious. Had plenty of room for 4 children and 3 adults. They had games available to play in the closet and plenty of beach towels!! Cleanliness was probably the only big thing for me. Coffee pot still had the last guests coffee and grinds in it. The bathroom floors weren't very clean. Just seeing these couple of problems made us sleep on top of the comforters with our own blankets all week because who knows if those were clean (I didn't check). Besides that it was a good week for our family get a way spot.

We had a great vacation in New Smyrna Beach. The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed. The property managers were fantastic and got right back to us with any questions we had. We would definitely recommend this property.
