1 convertible armchair with an 80 x 200 cm sleeping surface located in the main room
1 pull-out bed with an 80 x 190 cm sleeping surface located on the veranda.
Fully equipped Schmidt kitchen: oven/microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, and a second standard coffee maker, washing machine, refrigerator with freezer, induction cooktop.
In the entryway, several closets with ample storage, fire extinguisher, and smoke detector.
Bathroom with shower, separate toilet.
80-cm wall-mounted flat-screen TV with adjustable stand.
Available for your use: iron and ironing board, hair dryer, ceiling fan, tower fan, vacuum cleaner, beach umbrella, and board games.
Towels, bed linens, and table linens are NOT provided (except for mattress and pillow protectors).
Cleaning fee deposit: 50 €, which will be refunded if the unit is left clean.
Check-in from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM - Check-out between 7:00 AM and 11:00 AM
Any requests outside these time slots will be handled on a case-by-case basis in consultation with our concierge service, and a surcharge of 25 € will apply.
