Villa 145 m2 private heated swimming pool, (Log 7 m X W 4.5 m X Depth up to 1.80 m) not overlooked, capacity 8 people, only people whose name has been communicated at the time of booking will be allowed, visitors not accepted night or day. Rooms air-conditioned by a common appliance for the whole floor. Beach 4 km, city center 1km, supermarkets 1km. Close to Marseillan and Sète. Residential area, this house will suit families looking for calm.
No groups of young people => any reservation will be refused
Layout of the villa: 4 bedrooms upstairs, one with dressing room (1 bedroom with 160 cm double bed, 2 bedrooms with 140 cm double beds and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds of 90 cm. + 2 baby beds + 1 folding cot 2 bathrooms, one upstairs with 2 sinks, and a walk-in shower, and one on the first floor with a shower + 1 garden shower, 2 toilets. Fully equipped kitchen, living room of 44 m2, laundry room, 2 terraces, garden, parking, private heated swimming pool of 55 m3.
Kitchen equipment: induction hob, 2 large refrigerators, + 1 freezer, dishwasher, catalysis oven, microwave oven, filter coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker (small capsules), kettle, toaster, ice maker, various kitchen utensils and complete set of crockery.
Multimedia equipment: flat screen TV in the living room, ADSL Wi-Fi internet.
