The family-run property enjoys a good location in Murter on the Croatian island of the same name. The location in the midst of the Dalmatia region is ideal for exploring the most beautiful places in Croatia.
The villa can accommodate up to 30 persons, spread across seven fully-furnished apartments with air conditioning, Wi-Fi Internet and a balcony.
The outdoor area with the Mediterranean garden offers a roofed terrace with a big dining table and a stone grill. Guests can take a refreshing dip in the heated pool or the whirlpool, as well as relax on the comfortable seating in the garden. Of course ample parking space is available.
The owners live in the neighbourhood and are happy to assist with any queries. In addition, a 7-metre-long speedboat with 175HP for eight people can be hired.
You can walk to the beaches, restaurants, sports facilities and promenades. Discover the national parks of the Kornati Islands, Krka waterfalls, Plitvice Lakes or beautiful towns such as Sibenik, Zadar, Split and Trogir.
You can relax on the roofed balcony with a table, chairs and a beautiful view.
This apartment is on the ground floor and can accommodate up to five people. The open-plan living and dining room with the kitchen has a sofa bed, a flatscreen TV and a dining table with chairs. The kitchen unit is fully-equipped with all the necessary appliances, including a dishwasher. The bathroom comprises a modern shower, washbasin and toilet. The two bedrooms are furnished with a kingsize double bed and two single beds respectively, along with wardrobes.
