Appartamento Baiabella is a holiday house in residence on the beach of Rivabella, on the coast of Gallipoli. The holiday home has outdoor space and parking, is equipped with mosquito nets and grates. The apartment Baiabella has up to 5 people. Pets are not allowed.

apartments, a few steps from the beach. The main entrance leads, through
a gate facing the road, the veranda of relevance exclusive, is furnished with a table and chairs where you can dine in the open, and where there is a outdoor shower, very useful to return from the beaches. 
The
interior of the Apartment Baiabella open into a living room with
kitchen and single sofa bed. From here there is access to the other
rooms of the house rentals that are 1 bedroom, 1 double room furnished with two single beds, and 1 bathroom with shower.

Appartamento Baiabella is Rivabella,
a village on the coast of Gallipoli. The beach is a few metres from the
holiday home. Rivabella is a seaside resort, where there are services
such as: market, bar, tobacconist's and restaurants. Gallipoli is
located just 4 km away. Beautiful all the beaches of Green Bay and Tip of the Swine. 
 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioner in the living room.
