Sehr gute und hochwertige Ausstattung - incl. Mikrowelle; m zwei Fernseher (in Wohn- und Schlafzimmer mit Netflix etc. Eigener Parkplatz markiert vor der Wohnung.
Lage im 2. OG (DG) eigentlich ok, aber eher nicht für Familien mit kleineren Kindern (unter 6 Jahren), da Treppenhaus ohne Lift relativ eng und laut (wg anderer Mieter) und 💕💕die Lage ist fußläufig recht weit zum Zentrum mit Strand(Promenade), und MeerzeitFamilienSchwimmbad entfernt. Mit Pkw ist das ok, aber recht hohe Park-Gebühren im Zentrum

Neat and tidy apartment that had everything one expects. The balcony was really appreciated in the evenings! Close to a small supermarket (Edeka).
Having a 5-years old boy it was a bit long walking to the main street/Light house more than once a day.🙂 On the other hand we had quite close to the ”Family Lagoon”-beach.
