Had a wonderful stay. Neat, clean, just as described. Extra parking for boats or additional guests. Comfy beds. Nice view. Hot tub was nice and so relaxing.

The cabin perfectly adequate for an adult stay. We traveled with 2 toddlers. They loved the grassy field and deck. The deck railing has gaps big enough for a toddler to fit through though, so watch closely. There were also some protruding nail heads sticking out on the ground. So just be mindful. The hot tub is a bit older looking, but was a nice amenity. The hosts were very kind and helpful. I spoke to them about possibly installing a high up lock on the downstairs double doors for small children for future stays and they offered us a private fishing area beyond just the dock near their home. We happily caught a fish on their dock on our last day! There is a grocery store 15 minutes away and you are about 40 minutes about from Gaitlinberg and Pigeon Forge. You will need to bring or buy all household supplies, such as trash bags, dish sponge, etc.Overall, we had a very nice stay and would recommend the cabin to families with older children and adults. The hosts are very kind people.
