Room was really nice, had all the promised basics.
Liked being able to see the car from the room.
Parga is very hilly, this property is on nearly flat path to the beaches(about 12min walk for closest beach).
Trash was taken out daily, every few days clean sets of towels and bed sheets.
Under the bed should be wiped.
Road to the property is a bit sketchy and dark after a night out, wouldn't let girlfriend walk alone there.
Ramp for the parking access might be difficult for some cars if they are low or have long overhang.

The hotel was located near the mountain, a lovely garden in front of our balcony, a large parking space on site, shade when you needed it , 1 km far from the city center but was more than ok after the evening dinner, a bit of siesta on a pleasant walk back.
A/C was included in the room fee, really a great help during the hot temperatures at night.
A bit far from the beach, but we came using our own car so every day different beach, we wanted to stay an extra day but it was all booked, that was the only thing we didn't like
