Unit very clean and exceedingly well stocked in every aspect, dishes, glassware, beach stuff, towels, everything you could want. Didn't need to bring anything except personal items. Very comfortable furniture throughout, nice decor.Balcony door is hard to open/close.Check-in/out very easy, host was friendly and helpful, thank you.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this oceanside property. The owner of the condo was very efficient and contacted us prior to arrival, with instructions for entry. We were very impressed with the decorations in the condo. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed to cook and eat, from beautiful dishes. The condo is equipped with toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing liquid, soap and super absorbent towels. Everything had been thought through to make guests comfortable. The view from the condo is amazing, as it is on the 15th floor. Royal Garden Resort, where the condo is located, keeps the property clean and they are conscientious with security in the parking area. We highly recommend this property and thank you to Cheri for making the experience memorable, as we were celebrating our 54th anniversary.
