About this house rental
El Refugio is a comfortable, peaceful, bright, and
cabin with a porch where you can relax. It’s very well connected to all the cities in Andalusia via the highway and is very easy to reach. It features a heating panel for the bedroom and a fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped.
The accommodation
The space
Surrounded by nature, 5 km from Archidona, you’ll find a retreat where you can rest, recharge, unwind, and unleash your creativity in a magical place where energy flows through the trees. You’ll have a double bed in the bedroom and an extra bed.
It’s a place where you can enjoy various outdoor activities.
The hiking trail passes right by the estate’s gate. You can travel to Granada (40 minutes), Córdoba (1 hour), Seville (90 minutes), and Ronda (1 hour).
We’re in the geographical heart of Andalusia, 30 minutes from the sea, near beautiful white villages where you can wander through streets steeped in the legacy of the Andalusian era, savor the richness and variety of the local cuisine, and experience the local festivals—where you’ll feel right at home.
Roberto and I look forward to welcoming you to this place we love, where you’ll find exactly what you need. You’ll stay in a well-equipped, cozy little house full of thoughtful touches that will make your stay a treat.

Getting here is easy, as we’re located on a local road in a Protected Green Area, just 2 km from two A-92 highways.
I speak English, and we’re happy to provide you with information and make you feel at home.We’re 20 minutes from Antequera, where you’ll find the SANTA ANA train station, half an hour from Málaga’s Picasso Airport, and 35 minutes from Granada Airport. Our home—where Roberto and I, Mana, live—is located on the same property and is completely separate. The property is large, with plenty of space to stroll and enjoy. We look forward to sharing our haven under the trees with you and welcoming you!!!

You’ll have a heating panel in the bedroom, a wood-burning stove with a welcome basket of firewood, .You’ll have access to the SWIMMING POOL and extensive green spaces, comfortable walking paths, a fish pond with a chill-out area to enjoy the birdsong, and a swimming pool that’s always spotless—all in a very harmonious setting. There’s a ceiling fan in the living room.
The kitchen is equipped with a 2-burner gas stove, a small but powerful electric oven, a microwave, an electric kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster, dishes, a refrigerator, and a freezer.Since we live on the same property, you’re welcome to use our washer and dryer.
There are excellent restaurants and bars in the area at very affordable prices, if you’d like that option. Archidona, with its Plaza Ochavada—a jewel of Andalusian architecture—and Salinas offer you that opportunity. We’re located in the GEOGRAPHICAL CENTER OF ANDALUSIA:
