Локацията е много удобна. На центъра, точно до няколко добри места за хранене, непосредствено до мястото има и магазин.Ако сте с обществен транспорт - автобусната спирка е много близо. Единият плаж също е доста близо, другият е малко по-далеч, но не е драма. За 80 лв на стая не знам какви луксове може да се очакват, но имаше хладилник и климатик, което ме изненада. Жената беше любезна, посрещна ни, но не се е мяркала да досажда нещо
Беше много евтино като цяло в Синеморец, няма да мога да се похваля възмутено, че съм яла чорба за 20 лв

The location - very central, clean, comfortable bed, big balcony, spacious for 1 person

Big, nice and clean rooms. The balconies of our rooms were looking to a nice garden. There is a table with chairs on each balcony. The house is located in the central zone. There is a restaurant next to it, but it was not disturbing or noisy at least on our side. The rooms don't have kitchen corner for cooking, but it they have a fridge and electric kettle for hot drings. For us it was fairly enough.

Имаше мслък хладилник и ел.кана, 2 чаши за кафе и 2 за вода. Имаше тераса, но без изглед. Имаше в изобилие топла вода в банята, но банята беше с вид от времето на баба ми. Беше чисто и нямаше лоши миризми.
Цена като за 21-ви век, обзавеждане и условия като за 20-ти век. Стари мебели и завивки, гардеробът мирише на застояло. Няма мрежи на прозорците. Телевизорът така и не проработи.
