Znakomita lokalizacja, zaraz przy zejściu nr 41. Blisko sklepy i gastronomia, a jednocześnie trochę oddalony od ścisłego i głośnego centrum. Bardzo czysty obiekt, pokój dobrze przygotowany a części wspólne jak klatka schodowa i hole regularnie zamiatane i myte. W Pokoju wystarczająco miejsca i dobre wyposażenie typu leżaki, koce, parawan ;). Dodatkowo lodówka, czajnik i kilka naczyń i sztućców. Przestronny taras z wyposażeniem. Dobry dostęp do części wspólnych jak kuchnia czy taras z grillem itp. Parking prywatny i bezpłatny, może niewielki ale nie było problemu żeby bezpiecznie zaparkować. Bardzo miła Pani "chyba" właścicielka. Możliwość skorzystania z posiłków na miejscu, dla gości rabat. Zdecydowanie polecam.
