South Beach, the Miami Beach Convention Center, Lincoln Road, the Art Deco District, Bal Harbour, and the Aventura Mall are all within a short driving distance. Everything as advertised. It was adequate. You’re paying for the view, beach, location and balcony. Beds and pullout couch need an upgrade. Don’t expect a homely atmosphere. Limited kitchen supplies and paper towels. There was a continual beeping noise every hour that we couldn’t figure out either.

Beautiful views and clean condo! If you plan to cook during your stay, it was a little light on kitchen utensils (no baking sheet and the frying pan handle was falling off). The washer and dryer were also very loud! The concierge was friendly and very responsive. We had a toilet issue and they immediately responded. The complimentary beach set up was amazing! Overall I would definitely come back!

Nice property, nice view. Couple day's before check-in they needs a bunch of documents sent over by email which i never needed to do for a rental before (i travel and use vrbo alot) while i was out of the country on an excursion with my family. Trying to enjoy my vacation and the documents weren't going through. A little aggravating but we enjoyed our stay

My husband and I booked a quick getaway to celebrate our anniversary and to get out of the Midwest cold and clouds! We had a wonderful stay at this rental, with the most beautiful view of the ocean. The unit was just as described with the necessary amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Well worth the money!
