L'appartement est très bien agencé et décoré dans une résidence très sympathique avec piscine très agréable. Il ne manque rien, proche des commodités. Assez facile de se garer. Les consignes d'arrivée et la réactivité de l'hôte ont été très simples et fluides

Le canapé lit peut difficilement accueillir 2 personnes, il n'est pas très confortable et la partie extensible s'enfonce facilement, cela n'a pas été gênant pour mon fils qui y a dormi seul mais c'est à savoir. Le retour de la plage en montée est assez sportif sous la chaleur.

Molto carina la casa, molto carina la vista sulla piscina, facile trovare un parcheggio in zona.

Come già riferito anche alla proprietaria un paio di giorni dopo il nostro alloggio, non abbiamo avuto indicazioni su come accedere alla piscina dato che i cancelletti erano tutti chiusi e si doveva aprire per accedere con un altra chiave presenta nel mazzo delle chiavi dell’appartamento. Infatti dovrebbero aggiungere soltanto questa indicazione quando mandano il messaggio qualche giorno prima su come effettuare il check in.

The host was very kind and provided all the check-in information well in advance, including detailed instructions and photos, which made the arrival process very easy. Before our departure, she was also flexible and offered us extra time for check-out, which was very helpful and much appreciated. The apartment is cozy and in a good location, close to supermarkets and several places to eat.

However, there were some important issues that I feel should be mentioned, mainly regarding cleanliness. There was dust throughout the apartment, which can happen, but there were clearly neglected areas, such as the bathroom door, which looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The shower cabin was very dirty, and although I understand that some limescale or rust stains on the frame may be impossible to remove completely, there was also dirt underneath the anti-slip mats, and the shower drain was clogged. In the kitchen, the extractor hood was extremely greasy and dirty, and there was a thick layer of dust on the light fixtures. The apartment also lacked curtains, and the windows either had broken locks or very fragile locking mechanisms. The washing machine was unfortunately unusable. There was a significant buildup of dirt and mold under the rubber seal, and I did not feel comfortable washing our clothes in it due to hygiene concerns. I would also recommend providing a dish drying rack, as well as an extra set of bed linens for guests staying for longer periods. Most importantly, I hope the cleanliness issues mentioned above will be addressed. I would not recommend this apartment for families with young children. Also, although this was partly my oversight when booking, it should be clearly stated that the apartment does not have air conditioning. During the hottest hours of the day, especially in summer, this can make the stay quite uncomfortable.
