Sehr netter Blick auf die Bucht, für zwei Personen völlig ausreichend und gut ausgestattet.
Kein WLAN und nur ein Ventilator, merkwürdigerweise roch die Wohnung die ersten Tage nach Käse.

The location is great! Nice view from the balcony.
Private parking in a parking garage is very useful since it is difficult to find free public parking spaces nearby. But only for cars with a max. hight of 1,75m!
Nice little apartment with everything you need. Although a bit small if you want to come with 4 people. Recently remodeled kitchen and bath room.
The shower drain was clogged, one outside blind was broken, the dish washer didn’t clean properly.
No Air Conditioning.

L’emplacement est génial, juste au bord de la mer, avec le bus 622 pour aller à Nice et à CAP3000 c’est parfait
L’équipement de l’appartement était bof, l’aspirateur était cassé, il tenait avec un seul bout de scotch qui s’est cassé pendant que je passais l’aspirateur.
L’étendoir à linge est aussi cassé, il faut le faire tenir avec ce qu’il y a sur la terrasse et le pommeau de douche tient avec un élastique.
Plus gros point et pas des moindres, pendant la nuit, vous risquez de croiser des cafards dans la cuisine..
