The backyard was great, nice and simple turf with fenced in yard. Proximity to the highway was a bit noisy and there were some questionable people walking around, but with 20 guys we had no problem. It was a great setup overall, it worked well for what we needed. It would've been nice if there were some extra towels and floor mats for the master bathroom (sinks and shower). Overall, awesome place, and Preston was very flexible and easy to work with!

We had a group of 12 staying for a bachelorette. We had another VRBO property booked that cancelled on us two days before the trip and we were SO lucky to have found an opening to stay here instead! We absolutely LOVED it and it was almost a blessing in disguise that our other property cancelled. The house was just as pictured. Very clean and accommodating for all the people it slept. We were able to walk into the city most of the time which was very convenient! The host, Preston, was awesome too! We connected a bit before the trip and he was always very quick to respond. We had one little issue (our fault) while staying at the house and we messaged Preston about it. He drove straight to the house (2 separate times!) to help with the problem and get us squared away, so we were very thankful for his help! Overall, the best time in Austin and we would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone!

Went with 13 friends on a bachelor party. The place was fantastic. Much bigger than the pictures. The bed situation was great, slept 13 of us comfortably and nobody had to double up. Location is perfect. Kitchen is big and open. Preston was responsive and easy to get a hold of. Overall great experience !

Great house, great location

Great house for a large group, very well equipped, comfy beds, kitchen and laundry supplies etc. Location wise its right across the highway from Rainey St ( great food trucks, bars, music etc.) and a short e-scooter ride to 6th. Theres a Target and a Whole Foods right up the street. Communication with Preston (manager) was easy and he addressed any issues swiftly and professionally. If I had two minor issues is that it wast 100% clear in the listing that 3 of the queen beds are Airbeds, although this didn't cause us a problem it may for others (they are high end and huge!) and we didn't get to use the 110'' screen and surround sound as the bulb died and there wasn't a replacement on hand. Preston brought in a TV but given we were all sports fans it wasn't the same. I would definitely book this house again!

We stayed with 16 girls and it was PERFECT. Close proximity to everything, clean, spacious (much bigger in person than what the pictures look like). It was an amazing spot for a bachelorette party. This house is picture perfect! The location is within minutes of 6th and Rainey! The house is clean, beautifully decorated, spacious and everything you could want. So many things were provided that came as a great surprise. The house came equipped with google devices, shampoo/conditioner, washing machine with detergent, extra blankets, pillows and towels. This house was perfect. Communicating with Preston was effortless and easy. He responded quickly and even suggested things to do in Austin. I would highly recommend this house and working with Preston!

We had a great time in the house and there was plenty of room for all 12 of us. The backyard was a great spot to hang out and play games. The location is as close as you will get to down town, as it is walking distance to Rainey, 6th St and Target/Whole Foods. We have a weekend that we won't forget and the house was the perfect spot. Preston was very easy to get a hold of and accommodating on check-in/out times.
