Holiday house on island of Krk

After 2018, this was the second time we were here and everthing was ok. There was a problem with the curtains, but the owner send somebody to fix it the next day. Generally the owner react immediatly to all concerns and questions. This house perfectly meets our requirements - it has a big living room with kitchen and 2 terasses on the ground floor and two bedrooms with double beds in the first floor. One of these bedrooms has an air conditioning which worked pretty well. So nothing to complain. Somebody complained about a leaky air conditioning. That's nonsense: The device produces condense water during work and this is led to the garden via a tube. That's normal. Where's the problem?? Also people complained about the stairs outside to get to the first floor. During summer it's mostly warm and dry. Again - where's the problem? Good WLAN!

- The house has no dish washer - but that would not fit in the kitchen. - Indeed it's a bit complicate to find the agency to the keys and to find the house. At least we needed some time the first time in 2018. This time the owner left the keys on the terasse - so it was no problem at all. - The process of separating the garbidge is a bit sophisticated. We seperated the garbidge, but I think we should also move the trash bins out side on the street according to a special plan. At least nobody took the garbidge within two weeks. Maybe the owner should provide a clear manual how to proceed with this in English and/or German.
