原本看評論太少會怕怕的 但是住過之後覺得超值 也許是離市區有一小段距離 所以體現在價格 以房間的水準而言 真的很便宜
牆壁的隔音應該是還可以
每層樓只有兩間房 中間隔著樓梯 所以只要不要大聲喧嘩 隔音應該是還可以 大聲喧嘩還是防不了
房子新穎乾淨 房間超大 房內附兩個客廳 還有不少給嬰幼兒的用品
浴室超大 乾濕分離 有附壁掛式的洗髮乳沐浴乳
有飲水機
吹風機好用 不是按壓型的
自助入住 從入住到退房都沒遇到屋主
有需要在非入住期間寄放行李 都可以跟屋主討論
🅿️門口是紅線 停附近白線還行 騎樓感覺是不開放停機車 有木棧板架高的
1.門是傳統木門 隔音很差
2.冷氣位置尷尬 在床頭 要固定風向 否則吹頭
3.室內拖不夠穿 我們比較晚入住 大廳提供的室內拖都只剩小朋友的
4.浴室水量略弱 而且熱水要等比較久 不過熱水來了之後還算穩定
5.沒有電梯
6.我們住的這房 寢室沒窗戶 客廳有窗戶

環境相當乾淨，雖然自助入住，但設備使用上尚無不便，小巷子內，這也不多，安靜，雖無固定停車位，但還算蠻好找的！
樓下曬衣部分，無額外衣架使用，三樓飲水機漏水需小心使用，棉被有點單薄，建議可在衣櫥上方放備用棉被，樓下拖鞋鞋櫃有點味道....
