We had an amazing stay at this Blue Vernada house! The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the home had more than enough space for our entire family, ranging in age from 14 to 68. Everyone had room to spread out and relax. The pool was the icing on the cake! With temperatures between 90–100F during our stay, jumping into the refreshing pool was the perfect way to cool off. The boat dock was perfect, with loungers on the dock to watch the people go by on their boats. The downstairs game room was incredible and had just about every game and activity you could imagine, keeping everyone entertained. One of the things that really stood out was the layout of the home. It has three kitchens, which was such a unique feature. I actually found myself cooking in two of them at the same time upstairs, and it worked out perfectly! The bedrooms were thoughtfully laid out, and there were plenty of bathrooms, so no one ever felt crowded. We also loved having two separate living rooms upstairs, giving everyone space to gather or relax. The air conditioning worked flawlessly, which was greatly appreciated in the Texas summer heat.Monica was an outstanding host. One of the main reasons I booked this property was because so many previous reviews mentioned how communicative and helpful she was, and they were absolutely right. She was responsive, friendly, and made everything so easy from start to finish. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet,

The house is better than the pictures, location is perfect, and Monica was always available and very proactive leading up to the trip. I can’t say enough about the whole experience. 11 out of 10, we will definitely be back!
