Ideally located between Sainte-Maxime and Saint-Tropez, on the 26-hectare Restanques estate in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. Secure residence with a caretaker and swimming pools.
Villa fully renovated and redecorated in 2020, featuring a large living room and 3 air-conditioned bedrooms.
The house has a garden with a terrace and outdoor furniture. A large gas grill and two lounge chairs are provided.
On the garden level: Large, bright living room; fully equipped kitchen (oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, …), toilet
Upstairs: Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, TV, and private balcony; 2 bedrooms with twin beds and TV; a shower room and a toilet
Bedding and towels are provided.

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour dans la propriété/maison. Maison agréable dans le calme, près de la piscine.

Je conseille vivement ce logement. Tout était conforme à la description. L'emplacement de la maison est parfait (proche de la piscine principale, réception, boutique, tennis), et le jardin est bien ensoleillé et surtout sans vis à vis. La maison est très agréable et récemment rénovée. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation.

Location was good….but we could not find the street it was located on because nowhere did it say it was in the gated community. GPS did not recognize the street. In addition, although there were 2 bathrooms, the location was terrible..one was off of the kitchen and there was no lock for the door. The beds were comfortable. The deck has a ant problem.
