Exclusive thatched-roof house Vacation home with an annex (small vacation apartment), electric charging station, and wellness area for 2 or 2–5 people in Wackerballig on the Baltic Sea
Renovated, picturesque vacation home on the Baltic Sea with a thatched roof and a beautiful garden.
Originally built in 1861, the thatched-roof house has been lovingly and expertly renovated by the owners since January 2020. The entire property is detached, situated on a 700 m² lot with a beautiful garden featuring a seating area, a barbecue area, and a gas grill—separate for each unit. The accommodations are ideal for one or two families or multigenerational families. The garden is fenced in! Both houses have a charging station for electric cars.
Wackerballig Thatched Cottage:
The Wackerballig Thatched Cottage has two floors and features high-quality, modern amenities for 4–5 people. Modern home technology, such as underfloor heating, air conditioning, blackout curtains, a ventilation system, a water filtration system, Wi-Fi, and electricity generated on-site by photovoltaic systems, rounds out your vacation.
Ground Floor:
- large living/dining area with fireplace and flat-screen TV (patio door with fly screen)
- modern open-concept kitchen with access to the patio
- 1 bedroom with double bed/box spring, flat-screen TV, fly screen; Bedding available for an additional fee
- Bathroom with walk-in shower, rain shower, washing machine, dryer, and sauna with direct
access to the garden; Towels available for an additional fee
- Terrace with modern patio furniture, sun loungers, umbrella, barbecue facilities, and a fantastic view
- Parking space
- Fenced property
Upper Floor:
- 1 bedroom with double bed / box spring, extra bed 100x200 cm (intended for children), fly screens,
flat-screen TV; Bedding can be booked separately
There is also an electric charging station (11 kW AC/Type 2) in our on-site parking lot. Charging electric cars is billed separately.
Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome at the Reedachkate for an additional fee.
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to midnight, and check-out is from midnight to 10:00 AM.
