Positive: +very clean, just very very clean (everywhere except the Floor, perfect cleanliness to the point of squeaking, but our heels were black)) + snow-white towels +very soft comfortable bed +incredible sea view +equipped kitchen +a bottle of water +there was coffee too and a geyser coffee maker for him +large loggia in the living room and in one bedroom +air conditioners +luxury bathtub +there is a shower +parking space +elevator +nice expensive furniture and interior details

What is important to know: -there is a very tight button in the toilet (it is very difficult to flush) -it is better to take slippers, the floor is not very clean -there is no breakfast on the veranda because there is no shade and an awning (we could only have dinner there after sunset and the heat -if you don't have a car, you can get to Taormina in 40 minutes on foot or 25-30 minutes by bus. By car - 10 minutes

Beautiful apartment on the top floor with balconies looking out on sea views. Great location, handy for the railway station and local buses up to Taormina. Free parking outside on the street.

Great central location and apartment and facilities were fabulous. Communicating with the host was very efficient and they were very kind!

The area is superb, a short distance from Taormina center (10 minutes drive), and the view is a fantastic one, pretty big property and very clean ( 'but' the smell from the septic tank or public sewer was very strong as you walk in the property). Overall the place is not the best priced for what it is, but again we traveled from August 9th-13th it is the busy season. I just think they should really figure out this issue lock because it can happen at any time.

The property's main upper lock door has a phone cord wrapped to avoid lockdown at the exit. We were not told that even though we adults figured was there for a reason. However we were traveling with young kids, an as typical and curious they are, probably the kids either touched or with the open and closed it got loose, in consecuenquese one of the 3 nights we stayed we arrived at around 9:30 m and we could not get in, the door was looked and none of the other keys we had worked since those keys were for the bottom lock. The host I must say promptly responded to us and sent his wife with a key (she was an hour away distance) it seems they live about 1-hour distance. After an hour of waiting for her, none of the keys she had worked, again we had to wait another hour for her to come back which she did, but then it was past 1:00 am, and we all were tired, exhausted, and angry at that point, kids have to sleep in the rental car ( which thank God we had) for the 4/2 hour ordeal. A total inconvenience for both parties. If you are renting a property it must be properly provided with all keys, and not with a "phone cord acting as a lock holder. We were not offered a discount, money back, or anything, merely an apology, for such a nightmare. The host ( husband) did try his best and we could feel his concern, but the wife had a defensive attitude that we did not appreciate, she make look like it was all our fault, not that I am trying to be apologetic.
