Welcome to Collioure!
The accommodation I offer is a studio cabin (27m2) with CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING, a comfortable terrace (10m2) with panoramic sea view, as well as the village of Collioure. It is located in a 3-star tourist residence at the exit of the village. The residence has a swimming pool with sea view and a solarium.
The town centre (beaches, restaurants, shops) can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes.
The studio benefits from FREE SECURE COVERED PARKING with VERY FAST ACCESS to your accommodation
Ideal for a couple with two children or a romantic stay.
Not suitable for 4 adults
The accommodations are located on the first floor of the residence. The floors are staggered, so you will not have any neighbors either above or below
The living room includes a sofa bed for two people, located in the living room. Modular, it can offer a bed in 140 or 2 independent beds in 70. In the entrance you will find two bunk beds of 70 x 180 cm. (Not suitable for people over 1m75)
You will have access to the swimming pool from April 15 to September 30, as well as to the solarium overlooking the bay of Collioure.
You benefit from a free space for your car in a secure COVERED PARKING in the immediate vicinity of your accommodation: essential in Collioure because it is very difficult to park in high season!
Pillows and duvets are provided.
Bed linen (sheets, duvet cover, pillowcases) and towels are provided but beach towels and kitchen towels are not provided.
Traveler Access:
All the collective facilities of the residence (swimming pool, deckchairs, solarium, ping-pong table,..) are at your disposal

The accommodations are unfortunately not accessible to people with reduced mobility

Appartement correspondant complètement à l annonce. Vue superbe sur collioure, piscine très appréciée.le parking un vrai plus quand on voit les difficultés de stationnement à collioure

Très joli et confortable studio, à préciser toutefois que la climatisation serait un vrai plus! L'emplacement de la résidence est vraiment top! Tout à proximité et vue superbe sur la baie de Collioure. Nous avons passé un trés bonne semaine.
