This was such a cozy, quaint and adorable little house in a great location for visiting my son. Who’s a student at CSU
Th bathroom was a bit chilly, but that’s to be expected in an older home like this because the heating was toward the front of the house and the bathroom was at the back

Location great, shower great.
Fridge freezer totally frosted over. Lighting not good. Furnishings very weak.

Nice space, good location
Overpriced cleaning fee with ridiculous requirements to clean everything and strip bed, etc. —basically clean entire apartment— or risk threat of a huge fee. Plus constant reminders to be out by 10, “or else”!
