Schöne Wohnung an toller Lage!

Während der Nacht war es sehr heiss, die Ventilatoren brachten nur wenig Linderung. Anscheinend ist beim historische Bau keine Klimaanlage möglich.

Super schöne Wohnung und auch die Raumaufteilung wirklich super und es fehlt eigentlich fast an nichts in der Wohnung. Die Küche perfekt ausgestattet und die Bäder wirklich super. Alles sehr sehr sauber und auch der schriftliche Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert:) Mega Aussicht.

Leider hat sich die Unterkunft trotz konsequentem Abdunkeln tagsüber extrem aufgeheizt. Während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts hatten wir nachts teilweise über 30 °C in der Wohnung. Selbst mit geöffneten Fenstern ließ sich die Hitze nachts kaum herausbekommen. Die beiden Ventilatoren haben zwar etwas geholfen, nach drei Tagen war die Hitze aber trotzdem kaum noch auszuhalten. Dadurch waren die Nächte leider sehr anstrengend.

Es war alles sehr sauber. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und war auch sehr hilfsbereit. Traumhafter Ausblick.

Die Wohnung liegt traumhaft am Lago Maggiore – ein echtes Highlight. Allerdings befindet sie sich direkt an einer Hauptstraße, auf der tagsüber wie nachts viel Verkehr vorbeirauscht. Eine Klimaanlage gibt es leider nicht, nur Ventilatoren. Bei der sommerlichen Wärme konnten wir die Fenster nachts nicht schließen, sonst wäre es kaum auszuhalten gewesen. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und die Lage wunderschön – mit Klimaanlagen wäre die Unterkunft wirklich perfekt.“

The apartment is nice but has some drawbacks and inconveniences we weren't aware of before we arrived. The sun shines into the apartment from morning and heats up strongly. A small remedy is possible by closing the shutters. But then, the beautiful view who is one of the added value of this apartment is gone. You can't stay on the balcony either. Either way, he's way too small, barely enough to step out as a small family to enjoy the view or having breakfast. The beds are at the top of the gallery, it gets very hot there at night in summer. The fans only help a little. Air conditioning is not available. The noise of the always busy traffic by the street is very annoying and can also be heard at night. The beds are not in two separated rooms, but separated from each other by a paravan. If one gets up, everyone wakes up because the stairs and floors creak. Beside that, the mattresses were very thin and soft. By the way: The neighbors quickly feel disturbed and complain, so staying with children is not always requested. The garden is nice, but nevertheless also disappointing, as you had to climb a lot of steps and only one sun lounger was available. Occasionally the internet was not functional.
