Loved the fully refurbished classic French hotel. Dinner on the terrace was exceptional...most of the diners were clearly not staying with the hotel (our group occupied the entire hotel).
Storing our bicycles outside was disappointing. As passionate cyclists we prefer inside protected and secure places to store our very expensive personal race bicycles.

This is a great hotel with very comfortable rooms and an excellent restaurant at very reasonable cost. For us it is first choice in the area and always a very enjoyable experience.
Thanks to the Mayor of Voiron it is no longer permitted to drive to the front door of the hotel to unload bags etc. Crazy! Parking in the street is greatly restricted so getting bags into the hotel reception is a struggle, especially for we older folk! There is a free public carpark nearby which is very easy once you have got your bags into the hotel.

Location and staff
The fact that the downstairs restaurant was closed to guests as there was a function. Nothing was said at the time of booking. Also only street parking was available and this was not clear either. We could not sit outside on the terrace because there was a function.
